We all like to take the new year as an opportunity to get healthier. This year the entire CCRC team is working with local gyms in the area to help the Dublin community get moving right in 2024. Each Saturday in January at 1:00p there will be an event educating all who want to participate about fitness. The first will be a lecture by our very own Dr. Richard Ulm on Principles of Fitness. Each subsequent Saturday will be a workshop at a local gym exposing participants to a wide variety of exercise types (strength training, cardio, and interval training).
The purpose of this event is to help everyone adopt more healthy habits in 2024.
